I wanted to let you know how great your Customer Service is. I may be a newer customer, but I am amazed that every person I have spoken to has been nice, patient, and knowledgeable.

My email crashed due to a power surge here in town, somebody is digging up the street down the block from me. Anyway - HOW DO YOU DO IT??? This level of service is unheard of today. I'm so impressed. I have a small e-commerce company and build custom electric guitars and basses, do repairs and mods for local guys, and sell imports on a very small scale. I have owned a worldwide mail order motorcycle parts and accessory company in the 90s. I currently work for a large aircraft company that is the model of bad middle management. My experience with your company today is really a bright spot in my business day. Please pass my thanks along to your crew and take a minute to pat yourself on the back. There is no way that this level of service is possible without great leadership and an enormous amount of time and hard work on your part, and your management team. Your people care. I was a little scared to order online, but it was shipped overnight with no extra charge and my granddaughter was so happy. You did a wonderful job. Thank you, my shoes were great!
