Hi, friend has been one of my favorite shopping sites for a while, but now my teenage son is a fan. He is 15 and wears a size 15 shoe. It is no easy feat to find a shoe that he will wear that is in his size. Other stores carry the skate brands, but stop at a size 13. I suggested he look on your site and he found several styles he would wear in size 15. We placed the order for a pair of Vans and 20 minutes later, I got a confirmation that they were shipped. We received them the next day and he went off to school today in his new shoes. Thank you!!! You made back to school shopping MUCH easier this year! Diane

The customer service people were very polite and informative. The shipping was the best I¡¯ve ever experienced. I just have to say if all American companies handled their products like this, we could kick the rest of the world in the butt.
