Hi there, Just a note to say that I am BLOWN away by the service that I have and continue to receive from your website. The corporate culture of customer service and actually DELIVERING against the promise far outweighs the service delivery of any other retailer I have encountered. In particular, your service representatives are truly unbelievable. I have had the distinct pleasure of speaking to several representatives and they have all been extremely service oriented and ALWAYS say the right thing to make the customer feel special and truly understanding what it means to delivery against the "customer experience". I'd hire anyone from your team anytime!
